Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about your wine delivery experience.

Do I need to be home to sign for my wine delivery?

Yes, federal law requires that someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for any alcohol delivery. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.

How do you ensure my wine isn't damaged during shipping?

We use specialized, eco-friendly molded pulp or foam shippers designed to protect bottles from impact. During extreme heat or cold, we may offer weather-hold services to prevent temperature damage to your wine.

Which states do you ship to?

Due to state regulations, we currently ship to most states except for Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Utah. Please check our shipping policy page for the most up-to-date list of restricted zip codes.

What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?

If you receive a bottle that is corked or flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or a store credit for the value of the bottle once the flaw is verified.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Absolutely. Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number from UPS or FedEx so you can monitor its progress.

Do you offer discounts on bulk or case purchases?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on any order of 12 bottles or more. This discount is automatically applied at checkout and applies to all non-sale items in your cart.
