At BuyWinesOnline, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, due to legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, we can only accept returns for products that are damaged or spoiled during transit. All return claims must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or store credit.

Take clear photographs of the damaged bottle, the packaging, and the shipping label to help our team process your claim efficiently.

Email our customer service team with your order number and the attached photos to receive a return authorization and further instructions.

Receive Resolution

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a courier pickup of the damaged goods and issue a full refund or ship a replacement bottle at no extra cost.
